Founded as a new venture in 2018, by renowned kitchen design pioneer, Charlie Smallbone, Ledbury Studio needed a brand and website that reflected the legacy experience and bespoke nature of their service and product.

Beginning with brand discovery

To truly understand the core of Ledbury Studio we met with the founding team and invited everyone to share what Ledbury Studio was to them, and the vision for where it would grow.

Simple. Two-toned. Luxury. Legacy.

Following a series of workshops and strategic brand discovery, we concluded with the Ledbury Studio team that the brand required a sophisticated digital storefront—one that would allow their kitchens to shine through the phenomenal visuals captured by photographer Christopher Horwood.

A few primary call-to-actions placed in the menu, invite the user to enquire further with the team or receive a physical brochure to their home. The available options suit different stages of the customer journey without a heavy lead funnel which would inevitably result in many unqualified and unsuitable leads.

Delivering a digital experience that felt true to the brand

With the site integrated into Drupal, an enterprise-level content management system, Ledbury can leverage the bespoke functionality and select tools best suited for their boutique studio, without feeling overwhelmed by the system.

The sophisticated, two-tone design, across the website, reinforces the luxury nature of the service and product.
